Staff SHE

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in OHS / Industrial Engineering
2. Have BNSP AK3 General Certificate
3. Have 1 year of working experience in SHE field in coal/mineral mining (Iron Sand, Nickel, Gold, etc) will be preferred
4. Understand about Occupational Safety Law and OHS Basics.
5. Have a good leadership and communication skill with team and external parties.
6. Willing to be placed in North Halmahera with 10 : 2 roster system.

Job Descriptions:

1. Accurately carry out procedures for controlling, identifying, recording Mining OHS documents and records according to applicable procedures.
2. Evaluate and distribute hazard report documents, inspections, and other monitoring through the HSE program system.
3. Ensure the work area is safe with PPE Install signs, conduct inspections and create JSA Studies with related departments.
4. Create a program to minimize hazardous waste to be well accomodated.
5. Implement and create HSE Program and HSE Meeting every month.
6. Responsible for monitoring and reporting routine work (e.g daily safety inspection etc.) on a regular basis.
