- Create and execute strategic sales plans for hotel.
- Ensure that the sales team effectively meets with customers needs and achieve company targets.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tourism/Business/Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years Hotel experiences with proven sales achievement.
- Maximum 40 years old.
- Fluent in Indonesian, English.
- Strong Business sense to drive sales and profits.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Proficient in Interpersonal and Communication skills.
